These rochers were made with dark chocolate, but you can also use milk chocolate if you prefer. *make sure your melted chocolate is tempered so that it hardens at room temperature

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Callebaut bittersweet chocolate (811)
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 14 Hersheys eggies

Instructions

  • Melt and temper the bittersweet chocolate
  • Mix in the cornflakes
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop out the chocolate/cornflakes mix onto the parchment-lined cookie sheet. This will be used to create the bird's nest
  • Set 2 eggies into each of the nests
  • Leave for 30-45mins to set
  • Enjoy!
