These rochers were made with dark chocolate, but you can also use milk chocolate if you prefer. *make sure your melted chocolate is tempered so that it hardens at room temperature
Bird’s Nest Chocolate Rocher

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Callebaut bittersweet chocolate (811)
- 1 cup cornflakes
- 14 Hersheys eggies
Instructions
- Melt and temper the bittersweet chocolate
- Mix in the cornflakes
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the chocolate/cornflakes mix onto the parchment-lined cookie sheet. This will be used to create the bird's nest
- Set 2 eggies into each of the nests
- Leave for 30-45mins to set
- Enjoy!
