- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 stick cinnamon
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- zest of half an orange
- juice of one orange
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir until all the cornstarch has dissolved completely into the liquid
Place on medium heat and stir continuosly until the sauce thickens and the cranberries start to pop
Once it has thickened, pour it into a bowl and let it rest at room temperature. Then cover with plastic wrap and refigerate until ready to use
