Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • zest of half an orange
  • juice of one orange

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir until all the cornstarch has dissolved completely into the liquid
  • Place on medium heat and stir continuosly until the sauce thickens and the cranberries start to pop
  • Once it has thickened, pour it into a bowl and let it rest at room temperature. Then cover with plastic wrap and refigerate until ready to use
